BEST TIME TO EAT

Biological rhythms are actually mirroring the symphony of the universe because you have circadian rhythms, seasonal rhythms and tidal rhythms that you know mirroring everything that is happening in the universe.
Your body is not an actual watch but you have an internal clock that runs approximately every twenty four hours and called circadian rhythms, they keep your body function on schedule, helps your body adjust to environmental changes, sleeping and eating behaviors. People who ate and slept out of their circadian rhythms  have symptoms of metabolic syndrome, that increase the rate of heart disease, stroke and diabetes.
The ideal time for breakfast is 7am-8am, and don't eat it after 10am. Healthy breakfast containing protein rich food  help you to stay satisfied for a longer time, making you less prone to snacks.Don't skip breakfast as according to a study people who skipped their breakfast are more likely to get heart attack and death from heart diseases than those who take it. Also skipping breakfast make you hungrier and you are more likely to eat larger meals which leads to a surge in blood sugar level, such spikes causes diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, all these factors leads to heart attack. If you eat breakfast early you will end up being hungry before lunch, so plan to have a healthy snack. Your body gradually gets hungry every three to four hours of last meal so its best to eat a snack to fuel your metabolism and help prevent blood sugar crashes. Let your stomach be the guide to help you when to eat , we tend not to realize that we have not eaten in a while, and by then we are famished. Eat when you hungry, stop binge eating.
The ideal time for lunch is 12:30pm-2pm, don't have it after 4pm. The time gap between lunch and breakfast must be four hours.Do not exceed your lunch time calories intake at dinner time, so you have even calories per day, skipping any meal would make loosing weight more difficult. Dinner must be eaten early to maximize weight loss because people are less active in the evening that means extra calories are more likely to turn into fats. what you don't burn off is turn into fat, as you become less active at the end of the day.
Best time to have dinner is 6pm-9pm but do not take it after10pm. This meal should be at least three hours before you sleep. Eating too close to bed time increase your blood sugar and insulin which causes a hard time to fall asleep. so your last meal should be lightest of the day also. It is not recommended to lie down immediately after a meal,as it increases chances for acid reflex.A longer overnight fast help in fat loss as your body has time to reach a state of ketosis, which indicates that body is using fats for energy.
It's clear that when you eat is almost as important as what you eat. The timings of your meal and snacks can effect metabolic regulation, body weight regulation, management of obesity related disease and sleep cycle. Try to eat same time everyday as regular meal time plays a long term role in body weight.
