EGG YOLK IS BAD FOR HEALTH


I say no when you are a healthy person and have no medical conditions and, yes if you are diabetic or heart patient. Its true that egg yolk contain cholesterol in it which is also high in propotion but you can't cut off the other nutrients that it contain. Not all cholesterol are bad there is a good cholesterol which is HDL( high density lipoprotien) and bad cholesterol which is LDL (low density lipoprotien). So you just need to skip bad cholesterol from your diet. Whole egg is a complete pack of nutrients that a human body needs for its proper functioning. Egg white is protein as you know but egg yolk contain Lutien and xeaxanthin that is good for eyes and prevent diseases like cataracts and AMD ( age related macular degeneration) which is a leading cause of vision loss .Choline is important for your brain . It is a precursor of acetylcholine which is a neurotransmitter and important for your nerve and muscle functioning. Antioxidents in it prevent the body from free redicle attack. Omega-3 fatty acid is helpfull for normal metabolism, reduces the risk of early death, improve cardiovascular diseases. More over, it contains iron , vitamin and folate.
Egg yolk contain a lot of cholesterol in it but now let's see what cholesterol does to our body. It is present in every cell of our body, important part of cell membrane , helps in the production of vitamin D , bile, and steroids hormone.
When you don't take cholesterol in your diet the liver makes its own , and when you take a lot it will make less, so it does not matter that how much cholesterol you are taking in .The real danger is from trans fats and saturated fats which increase the level of cholesterol in your body.  Boiled egg contain the same nutrients as the raw egg but when you fried it with  the other fats , that  rises the level of cholesterol in your body. Eggs are good when you are on weight loss diet because they keep you full for a longer time and reduces hunger.
